How we store your personal information
We keep your contact details and files relating to goods you have ordered from us for up to 2 years in order to facilitate a simple repeat ordering process. We will then dispose of your information by permanently removing your customer files and all related data from our IT systems.
International Data Transfers
To process your orders, we use DecoNetwork's platform whose servers are located in the United States (Los Angeles and Florida). This means when you place an order with us, your personal data (including name, contact details, and order information) will be transferred to and stored on servers outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).
Under UK and EU data protection laws (GDPR), we need your consent for this international transfer. When you place an order, you will be asked to consent to your data being stored outside the UK.
DecoNetwork protects your data using encryption, secure communications, and regular backups. They retain client data for up to 90 days after account cancellation.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
